April 26-28 - Some folks live for a good sale. If that's you, we found what you're looking for! The Downtown Lexington Spring Sidewalk Sale is three days of merchants rolling out their discounted merchandise for you to snatch up and love.
May 4 - If you're up for a good challenge, sign up to participate in the Lexington Road & River Relay. It's a 16-mile, four-leg individual or relay competition you probably won't forget.
May 11-12 - The annual Lexington Rockbridge Studio Tour is a self-guided jaunt to multiple artist studios to see their and companion artists' finest pieces.
TBA - A family favorite, Boxerwood's Fairy Forest Festival is a day-long extravaganza of pixies, fairies, crafts, games, and more!

Enjoy our outdoors with an all-out hike or a tame trail walk. Want something more? Go ahead and pitch a tent and stay a while, then take a swing at our 18-hole Vista Links golf course in the shadows of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

You've waited all winter (okay, we've waited all winter) for these attractions to reopen and it's finally time!
March 16 - Virginia Safari Park, voted a top 10 animal attraction in Family Fun magazine.
March 29 - Hull's Drive-In is one of only a handful of authentic drive-ins left in Virginia. See your favorite new flick on our big screen Friday and Saturday nights. (Opening night has been postponed to install a new sound system! Check website for details.)
March 30 - Wade's Mill, the Shenandoah Valley's oldest continually operating mill, opens for the season.
April 1 - Lexington Carriage Company's historic tours by horse-drawn carriage resume operations with their popular downtown tours. Climb aboard across the street from our Visitor Center!
