Featuring Caribbean Vibe Steel Drum Band, a Gospel Youth Choir, food trucks, local vendors, basketball tournaments, and bouncy house.
We'll also be dedicating Lylburn Downing school as a Virginia Historical Landmark.
Admission is free.
