Jeff Coffin brings together a remarkable band for an evening of wide-open, high-energy music. Best known for his work with Dave Matthews Band and Béla Fleck and the Flecktones, Coffin is a three-time Grammy Award winner, a fearless improviser, and one of the most distinctive saxophone voices of his generation.
For this concert he is joined by an extraordinary lineup: bassist Viktor Krauss, whose credits include Lyle Lovett, Alison Krauss, Jerry Douglas, Bill Frisell, and Peter Rowan; drummer Jordan Perlson, a deeply versatile Nashville-based player heard across jazz, rock, fusion, studio work, and touring projects; and special guest guitarist Bob Lanzetti, founding member of Snarky Puppy, composer, producer, educator, and member of Bokanté. Together they promise a concert rooted in virtuosity, groove, conversation, and surprise.
