Event Description
On May 18-20 (10AM-6PM), come experience Virginia’s central role in the American Revolution when the VA250 Mobile Museum Experience, “Out of Many, One,” visits Natural Bridge State Park.
This innovative exhibition, traveling statewide with interactive panels and videos staged throughout its 50-foot trailer, will bring the story of the nation’s founding to the Visitor Center parking lot. While standard admission applies to the park itself, the mobile museum's exhibits are free and open to the public, along with related displays in the Visitor Center lobby organized by the Rockbridge Historical Society, which focus on Thomas Jefferson's ownership of the Bridge, and the 1976 Bikecentennial: the 4,000-mile TransAmerican trail that still brings cyclists through 50 miles of Rockbridge and Main Street, Lexington.
