YEDA National Championship Week

Event Description

The Youth Equestrian Development Association (YEDA) will celebrate its 10^th anniversary with the National Championship Week at Virginia Horse Center from June 4–7, 2026. This milestone competition will bring together over 500 youth riders and 60 teams across 37 states,

The competition will showcase classes in Western horsemanship, reining, and patterns under YEDA’s collegiate-style catch-riding system, where riders demonstrate skill, adaptability, and poise by competing on horses they do not own.

This event is free and open to the public! Come support these young riders as they discover the excitement, responsibility, and life lessons that come with equestrian sport.
