Beginning Watercolor Painting Workshop

Have you tried painting in watercolors, only to get frustrated? Or have you enjoyed them in the past but have been away from them for too long? Join Peg as she takes you through basic skills such as setting up your palette, working on wet and dry paper, using a wet and dry brush, fixing mistakes, 3 ways of mixing colors, and planning a painting. Then follow her in two simple step-by-step watercolor paintings like a water scene and a Blue Ridge landscape.

Peg provides three demonstrations, two color worksheets, and individual help. With over 45 years experience in watercolor painting and 35 years experience in teaching watercolors, Peg has a following throughout Virginia. Register with a friend to enhance your experience.
