As the day closes and the sun drops on September 11th, you are invited to come unwind and relax in the beautiful gardens at Boxerwood for a gentle Sunset Sound Bath experience.

In America 9/11 is a day when many reflect on painful thoughts and carry heavy emotions. This particular session is to offer an experience of peace on this difficult day for so many.

We will gather on the lovely Boxerwood property and begin with some gentle stretching to help open and relax the body. As we finish stretching, participants will be invited to find a comfortable resting position to enjoy the Sound Bath. Using Tibetan Singing Bowls, Gong and more Greg Burns of Metta Vibrations will lead the Sound Bath which will take participants on a journey deep within themselves, all while we rest in the healing comforts of nature.

For those unfamiliar, the Sound Bath experience is geared at helping to calm the mind and body, helping achieve meditative states, relieve stress, and more. Nature itself is highly documented to have healing effects on the mind and body as well. This experience is aimed at helping all feel better physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Folks are encouraged to arrive early and enjoy the lively gardens. The event will start at 6:30 pm and plans to wrap up at 7:30 pm. Sunset occurs at 8:30 pm this day.
Cost to attend is $15.

Here is a link for anyone that would like to pre-pay for this event. Cash, check, and card can also be used onsite for payment. Link:
